We secured a new banking relationship and refinanced a MUFH of 3 self contained flats, onto a commercial investment facility with a fixed interest rate. The client wanted to refinance their previous variable-rate financing with a new five-year fixed-rate facility, due to rising interest rates. This refinancing also enabled our client to extract some equity from the property, putting it towards further portfolio expansion.
