Atlas Property Finance arranged a prompt Bridge Loan, to secure the purchase of a Multi Unit Freehold Block of 3 self contained flats. During the term of the loan, the borrower will fund a refurbishment of the property. Once these works are carried out, we will then refinance the client onto an investment facility with the same lender to retain the property.
